What we clean

Residential · commercial · industrial
01

Concrete cleaning

Driveways, walkways, pool decks and parking lots. A surface cleaner rather than a wand, so the finish is even with no wand stripes — and oil and grease get degreased before anything else happens.

02

Building & stucco wash

Soft wash at low pressure with a solution that kills what is growing, rather than driving it into the render. Stucco, brick, block and painted siding.

03

Roof cleaning

Tile and composition roofs, treated and rinsed rather than blasted. Pressure on a roof takes the surface off along with the growth, so a roof never gets pressure.

04

Windows & solar

Glass finished streak-free, and panels rinsed at low pressure. A dirty array quietly costs you output every month it stays dirty.

05

Gutters

Cleared by hand and flushed through, then the faces washed to take the tiger striping off. Downspouts checked while we are up there.

06

Dustless sandblasting

Steel, brick, wood, stucco, pool tile and automotive. Rust, coatings and graffiti taken back to sound substrate with the media wetted, so the site stays workable while we do it.

How it works

Step 01

Quote

Tell us the surface and roughly the size, or send a photo. You get an estimate for the actual job rather than a price band.

Step 02

Test patch, then wash

We clean a sample of the surface and show you before committing to the whole thing. If it is not right, the method changes before it costs you anything.

Step 03

Walk it before you sign

We go over the work with you and anything missed is redone the same day. Wash water is captured and filtered on the way out.

What comes off

Most of what looks permanent is organic or oxidised, and lifts with the right chemistry and heat.

Where the water goes

Closed-loop reclamation captures and filters wash water on site, so nothing reaches a California storm drain. On commercial work that is the difference between a clean job and a citation.

When blasting beats washing

Coatings, heavy rust and etched-in paint do not come off with water at any pressure. Dustless media does, and wetting it keeps the dust down on an occupied site.

15° · surface cleaner The tip decides the pressure. Concrete takes everything we have, a tile roof takes almost none of it, and blasting is not water at all.
