No. You pay once and own the files. If you'd like us to host it we can, but you're free to put it anywhere — your nephew's hosting account, your existing provider, wherever. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us, because there's nothing to stop paying.
One round is included after you've looked at it — wording, photos, colours, services, whatever. Larger changes later are billed hourly, and we'll tell you the number before starting.
No. If you have one we point the site at it. If you don't, we'll register one for you at cost and set it up.
It's built to be indexable, fast, and correctly marked up for local search, which is the part most small business sites get wrong. We won't promise a ranking — anyone who does is guessing.
